Our goal is to promote sustainable tourism and adventure in a professional and responsible manner and believe in the importance of preserving Hammamet and Nabeul's natural environments. Capitol Travel works directly with young people and student programmes that are aimed at cultural immersion. We work with communities in the surrounding countryside and organise tours to farms that offer a glimpse into the lives of Tunisian farmers and in order to improve the revenue of local families. We also offer horse riding in the countryside at some of these farms.

Meet the Team
Tarak Ben Rached has been working in the tourism industry for 25 years. Born and raised in Tunisia, he began working for travel agencies in Tunisia in 1984. After years of working for large travel companies Tarak decided to create a better, more caring agency and formed Capitol Travel in 1994. Capitol Travel has grown into a well-respected company that provides airport to airport service as well as hotel bookings and travelling assistance. He speaks fluent Arabic, English and French plus a bit of German and Italian. When Tarak isn't busy working, his hobbies include agriculture, riding horses, beekeeping, fishing and riding quads in the Sahara. He enjoys taking guests into the Sahara and sharing with them one of his favourite past times.
